FACE:
You can use 2 to 3 drops in the evening before bed , and 1 to 2 drops in the morning after you wash with a cleanser. Rub it on with damp hands, you can also in the am go back and pat your face with damp hands (then let dry) before applying makeup. Add more or less to meet your skin's needs, and concerns. This is also great in lotions and the possibilities are endless. 

HAIR:
Golden Child makes an AHMAZING hair mask. Rub into your hair before bed when you are going to wash your hair the next day (Sometimes best to use shampoo twice). If your hair is thinning make sure to rub into the scalp. 

How to store:
Shelf life is approximately 1 yr. Store in a cool dark place out of direct sun light. Do not refrigerator.

Best to be used for 6 weeks to start to noticing results.
